I can't help but think these gaudy in-season tournament courts are a massive waste of resources. (ie paint, wood, labor, etc), that will probably reside in an air conditioned storage unit for the remaining 11 months of the year.
I am a super casual fan, but in my reading, I can't find ANYONE who approves of these things. Maybe it's a generation thing and as a middle-age white guy, currently outside the NBA's target market, but these things are HORRIBLE! My retinas hurt just by looking at these monstrosities.
That's funny. I haven't seen too many fans actually liking these court designs, I believe the courts will be back for Friday's games since that's the one of the days for the ”tournament night."

I seem to believe that they are going to come up with alternative court schemes that are more traditional. Those courts are horrid 😂
